The exceptional Russian pianist Nicolai Lugansky returns to Scotland to play Beethoven’s dynamic Third Piano Concerto. The packed programme also includes Berlioz’ extrovert showpiece Roman Carnival Overture, another opportunity to hear the first part of Guillaume Connesson’s exciting Cosmic Triptych, and Respighi’s mighty tone poem, Pines of Rome.
